Give us a call to find out if we have your design on file. If we don't have it, we can arrange to have your design digitized by our skilled Art Department. If you are in the planning stages of your burgee design, the steps below will help you to get your burgee design from an idea to a high quality Prestige Flag burgee!

Step 1: Burgee Style and Size
Choose from five popular burgee styles. Or, create your own!

Step 2: Colors
We have an array of colors to choose from. Our most popular material is the 400 Denier premium nylon.

Note: These colors may differ from actual swatches due to your monitor's brightness and contrast settings and/or video display adapter.

Step 3: Border Color / Style
Add a border to give that flare, enclosed look to your design. Or, you might want a special border (silver, gold mustard, etc) to commemorate an anniversary! Choose from our array of colors above.

Step 4: Logo Process

Applique/Cut & Stitch
Materials are cut using precise laser cutter to various shapes and sizes per logo design. Pieces are glued and stitched onto the base.

Silkscreen
For logos that are too intricate to cut & stitched, silkscreening provides clear and vivid printing process through the use of high quality ink. Pantone Matching System^TM colors are used.

Embroidery
For an even more professional look, embroidery process is ideal to give your logos the highest luster from the highest quality threads used. Logos
are monogrammed onto the base.

Step 5: Logo Orientation

Read Wrong
Logos that do not require to read correctly when the burgee is reversed are called Read Wrong. Most Read Wrong burgees are single base.

Read Right Double
When the burgee is reversed, the back side reads correctly -- similar to the front side. Most Read Right burgees require double base.

Read Right Patch
Many letterings on burgees require to read right. A patch is applied on the reversed side to correct the letter orientation. If the logo can be flipped without much attention to orientation, this is the ideal method. All Read Right Patch burgees are single base.

Now that you have an idea how your burgee might look, send us a picture, photo, hand-drawn, or illustration of your artwork, or the actual burgee sample (samples submitted will be returned upon request).
